Teamwork Time - As presented live, this puzzle was a TEAMWORK TIME puzzle; the images were presented in sequence and would confirm correct identifications.
Image Identification - The puzzle is primarily image identification from partial information; each image is overlaid with a circular mask that covers all but a small wedge of the image.
Identification (Sports, Team) - Each of the images to be identified is a logo from a team in one of the Big Four sports leagues.
Indexing - The wedge to be identified is actually in the same position on each image, but each image has itself been rotated. The wedge now lands in a location matching a number on a clockface; use the number at this position as an index.
Final Clue Phrase - The result is SUBJECT OF DA VINCI'S GHOST. While this can be answered with the Vitruvian Man, this is not the answer, and there is no corresponding emoji to use as an answer either.
