Satellite Swing is an interactive puzzle from the Spaceopolis round of the 2020 MIT Mystery Hunt, one of several ClueKeeper puzzles within the hunt.
Puzzle Elements[edit | edit source]
Interactive - The puzzle is the first of several in the 2020 MIT Mystery Hunt that involve the hunt's sponsor ClueKeeper.
Runaround - The puzzle involves going to several places on MIT's campus to find certain words. The twist is that the puzzle also requires going to several similarly-named places on Stanford's campus as well. For instance, the first instruction is to go to Stanford's Landau Building; the second is to go to MIT's.
Initialization - Taking the first letter of every word found at Stanford...
Finalization - ...and the last letter of every word found on MIT reveals the answer.
