MIT Mystery Hunt 2021/Clusters

The Minerva Clusters make up one of the rounds of the 2021 MIT Mystery Hunt, with access to the building they are housed in (and their initial puzzles) becoming available once a team has a JUICE level of 600.

Opening room requires to input from number pad. Key was told by NPC, but pad itself has different gimmick.
