The MUMS Puzzle Hunt 2013 was the 10th iteration of the MUMS Puzzle Hunt, run by the Melbourne University Maths Society. It follows the Australian hunt format, with four puzzles were released each day for five days, with the metapuzzle also released on the fifth day. The theme of the hunt was a fictionalized version of Australia where most of the continent was occupied by Romans, with Melbourne being the last bastion for the Gauls. All of the puzzles are named after (mostly fake) names designed to resemble either Romans or Gauls, with two puzzles from each side released on each day. The Sons of Tamarkin was the highest ranked team, with a score of 98 points and an average solve time of 7.77 hours. The onsite meta puzzle was won by Ceteram censeo elephantēs esse dēlendōs, who found the Magic Potion.
