Plot
A curious artifact is discovered in Antarctica. When assembled, it allows the solvers to contact alien civilizations, culminating in a Galactic Conference between the aliens.

Artifacts
Additionally, the second round introduced a series of artifacts that were released concurrently with puzzle releases, intended to introduce solvers to the Puflantu alien language (which was constructed specifically for this hunt). The conlang would be used in solving the metas and metameta.
