Palindrome(team) does palindrome(wordplay).

Likely would end up as a topic under Linguistics than a specific element, as they're not quite extraction or some path elements, but usually end up being things a puzzle would be about. There's a section listed under List_of_culture_and_geography_puzzle_topics#English, but it does still need a description (and could get a dedicated page if it's common enough in puzzles).
