The Mathemagicians

Team Arithmancy is a Discord-based online Team that usually participates in Mystery Hunts as well as smaller online hunts. It started in 2021, shortly before MIT Mystery Hunt 2021. The team originated from /r/Arithmancy, a Harry Potter themed subreddit that solves non-hunt puzzles, and has since been an open team for puzzlers.

The team relies heavy on bots, automation and spreadsheeting functions, and has a publicly linked team bot as well as public team invites. The team also frequently archive-solves older hunts, including MIT Mystery Hunts.
