The Quantum Online Puzzle Hunt was a puzzle hunt that ran from April 15, 2022 to April 25, 2022, and was organized and managed by Timwi. Teams started with three puzzles and gradually unlocked up to the total of 24 feeder puzzles and 3 metapuzzles. The hunt was notable for having its first two metapuzzles (along with several other regular puzzles) feed into the final metapuzzle, as well as attempting to avoid niche pop-culture in its puzzles' topics.

Plot

The hunt revolved around the city of Puzzleton, which had been plagued by a series of bomb threats by an unknown terrorist organization. The solvers' job was to defuse all of the bombs before any could go off (although no timers were mechanically involved), made difficult by the puzzles attached to them, and how scattered around the town's landmarks they were.

Upon defusing enough of the bombs, solvers were surprised by a final addition to the threat: a live nuke that had landed on the edge of town. Thankfully, with the combined effort of teams, the threat was stopped with Puzzleton remaining entirely intact.
