MIT Mystery Hunt 2011 was the 31st iteration of the MIT Mystery Hunt. It was run by Metaphysical Plant, the winners of the 2010 Mystery Hunt. The theme of the hunt was video games, beginning with a wedding between Mario and Peach at kickoff, when Peach is kidnapped by Bowser. Mario has to traverse through several different video game worlds in order to rescue Princess Peach. Codex was the first team to find the coin.
