Left Out
Left Out is a team that participates in the MIT Mystery Hunt. Formed in 2005, the team has placed in Top 10 in eleven Mystery Hunts since 2010. The team consists primarily of West Coast based puzzlers, who normally hunt on smaller teams that have run The Game and instances of Bay Area Night Game, such as The Burninators, coed astronomy, and Blood and Bones. In 2019, Left Out won the Mystery Hunt and subsequently hosted Mystery Hunt 2020.

The team's name comes from the fact that the large contingent of West Coast puzzlers in the team are often "Left Out" of in-person events and solving.[1]
